Storyline

Moneylenders Ginjiro Manda and Ryuichi Sakagami of Minami, Osaka meet high school girls Mizuki and Yuka when they come to borrow some money. The girls are popular online. At the same time, in the town of Minami, stores are being bought up one after another to build a shopping center, but actually land speculator Yabuta and politician Ogasawara are pulling the strings in an attempt to build a casino. After being used by the two men, Mizuki makes an online attack of one of the customers of Ginjiro and Ryuichi, the Japanese Sweet Shop Uemura House. Ginjiro and Ryuichi begin to fight back to save the wounded Mizuki and the Uemura House which is facing bankruptcy.
