Akugaru (Yearning)

Storyline

Saki, a high school girl, who has moved to Tokyo from Naruto when her father was transferred there, reclaims her true self as she recalls her hometown whist meeting various obstacles. 'Akugaru' is an ancient word which means 'to wander around a place where one's heart has left behind', and is akin to the modern word 'Akogare' (to yearn). The film depicts the beautiful scenery of Saki's old hometown surrounded by the abundant nature of Naruto.
