April 24 (Sun) from 12:00 The Red Carpet Event held along Kokusai Dori is a grand ceremony with numerous guests from across Japan and abroad in the film industry, event speakers and performers, and various participants involved in the Festival!
The event will be held along Kokusai Dori. Please check below for the traffic regulations to be implemented for the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Traffic regulated area for event

On April 24 (Sun), 2016, the following traffic regulations will be implemented along Kokusai Dori as shown below due to the Naha Kokusai Dori Red Carpet Event of the 8th Okinawa International Movie Festival.
Significant congestion is expected in the time frame right before and after the regulations are to be implemented. Again, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

※Intersections within the vehicle regulated areas that allow crossing Kokusai Dori are limited to the following: Grand Orion Dori - HAPINAHA back street, Ukishima Dori - New Paradise Dori
※Please note taxi boarding/exiting and queuing is restricted at Okiei Dori and by Tenbusu Naha as they are both within the vehicle regulated area.

On April 24 (Sun), 2016, the Naha Kokusai Dori Red Carpet Event of the 8th Okinawa International Movie Festival will be held along Kokusai Dori.
Due to this event, bus routes in and around the venue area will not be operating according to regular schedules and routes.

The Naha Bus #10 Makishi Shintoshin Route will not be operating along Kokusai Dori on April 24 (Sun).
Furthermore, as the event date is a Sunday, the bus schedule will be following the Sunday timetable.
